Each person is on a particular journey based on their individual life experiences. I meet you where you are in this journey and offer supportive, active listening in an environment where you can see yourself with compassion and curiosity about what is and what's ahead.
INDIVIDUALS~COUPLES~GROUPS
In virtual or in-person sessions, I listen as clients share their circumstances and express their related feelings and longings. I provide support, feedback, and offer possibilities for next steps. When needed, I serve as a facilitator who reflects back observations and fosters opportunities for clients to interact in refreshing, life-giving ways.
SPECIALTIES
I work from a biological-psychological-social-spiritual perspective with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, life transition and relationship challenges. I come alongside clients as they face related emotions and responsibilities that might involve adapting coping skills and finding courage and strength to hope again.
